This listing is for a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT toward a custom-made kids quilt from Real Western Life. Your deposit is applied to the total quilt price; it is not payment for the completed quilt.

Each quilt is handmade using the pattern and size shown in its product listing. Customization is limited to color selection, where available, and requested personalization, such as a child’s name or date of birth. We do not offer changes to the pattern or quilt design.

Your deposit reserves your place in our production schedule and allows us to begin preparing your quilt.

Make It Personal

Depending on your chosen pattern, available options may include:

• Color selection: Available on select patterns only. Some quilts use fixed fabrics or printed panels that cannot be recolored.
• Personalization: Request a child’s name, date of birth, or other meaningful wording. We’ll confirm whether your request can be accommodated, its placement, and any additional cost before proceeding.
• Fabric colors are subject to availability. Any substitutions will be discussed with you for approval.

How the Process Works

1. Place Your Deposit
Reserve your selected quilt’s place in our production schedule.

2. Share Your Preferences
You’ll receive an email requesting your color preferences, if available for your pattern, and any personalization details.

3. Confirm Your Selections
We’ll confirm the available fabric colors and review any personalization wording and placement with you. The quilt’s pattern and layout remain as shown in the product listing.

4. Approve & Pay the Remaining Balance
Once you approve the applicable color selections and personalization details, we’ll send an invoice for the remaining balance.

5. Your Quilt Is Made
Production begins after your selections are confirmed and the final balance is paid.

Please allow 4–8 weeks for completion after approval of all applicable color and personalization details and receipt of final payment. Shipping time is additional.

What the Deposit Covers

Your deposit supports the preparation of your quilt, including:

• Project planning and scheduling
• Fabric sourcing and preparation
• Review and setup of any requested personalization

Your deposit becomes non-refundable once preparation of your custom order begins, because time and resources are committed specifically to your quilt.

Before You Approve

Please review all available color selections and personalization details carefully, including the spelling of names and accuracy of dates. We will use your approved details to complete your quilt.

Fabric prints, color appearance, and handmade details may vary slightly from the product photographs. Any proposed fabric substitutions require your approval.

Custom Order Policy

1. The deposit is non-refundable once preparation of your custom order begins.
2. Quilts are made using the listed pattern and size. Pattern and design changes are not offered.
3. Color selection is available only on select patterns. Personalization requests must be confirmed before production.
4. Custom quilt orders cannot be canceled after final approval.
5. Production begins only after all applicable selections are approved and the remaining balance is paid.
6. Changes to approved colors or personalization may not be possible once production begins. If accommodated, they may require additional charges and affect the completion date.

We’ll work closely with you to confirm the available options and personal details before making your child’s quilt.
